- 1979 - Incorporation of Dynavest Pte Ltd (Singapore).
- 1980 - Dynavest begins operations by offering Sales and Servicing of PCB Equipment and Materials to the PCB Manufacturing Industry.
- 1984 - Dynavest (Singapore) extended our services to the PCB Assembly Industry; this is in response to a demand for our expertise in this sector.
- 1988 - Establishment of Dynavest (Thailand) in Bangkok, Thailand, and branch offices in Kuala Lumpur and Penang, Malaysia, to provide services to local customers.
- 1996 - Establishment of Dynavest (Philippines) in Manila as part of our globalisation plan
- 1997 - Establishment of Dynavest Technologies (Suzhou) Co Ltd (a wholly owned branch office) was set up in Suzhou Industrial Park to provide.
- 1999 - Dynavest (Singapore) begins offering Drilling and Repointing Services to PCB customers as part of our Value Added Services.
- 2000 - Dynavest (Thailand) and Dynavest (Suzhou) begin offering PCB Drilling and Drill Bit Repointing services.
- 2005 - As part of our diversification plans, Dynavest (Singapore), in collaboration with Lynk Biotech, sets up DynaLynk Pharma to serve. the PEMG pharmaceuticals industry. Production is expected to start by end of 2005.
- 2006 - Establishment of Avest Co., Ltd (Thailand), a fully owned subsidiary of Dynavest, to provide value added service to our PCB customers, which includes Drilling, Routing, Drill Bits Repointing, Spindle Repair Services, and etc.
